Construction Reroute
Weekend Convention Place Station Closure
- Sat, 7/1-Sun, 7/2 – At all times.
- Metro routes 41, 101, 150 & 255, and Sound Transit Express Route 550 will travel via surface streets and will serve designated bus stops.
- Visit Metro’s Service Advisories pages to find out the routing and stops for specific routes.
- Link light rail will operate its normal service & stops in both directions through the tunnel.
Events
National Soccer match at CenturyLink Field
- Mexico vs. Paraguay on Saturday, 7/1 at 5:00 PM.
- Ride regularly scheduled transit service to and from games.
- Lots of transit service goes near CenturyLink Field.
- SODO-area transit service operates via regular routes & stops
and there are no post-game reroutes. - Expect traffic & possible transit delays before & after games
on routes that serve SODO, Pioneer Square & the DSTT.
- Tuesday, 7/4 – Start of service-6:30 PM.
- Metro routes 166, 180 & the RapidRide F Line will be rerouted.
- Tuesday, 7/4 – 8:00-11:30 AM.
- Sound Transit Express Route 550 will be rerouted.
- Tuesday, 7/4 – 8:00 AM-3:00 PM.
- Metro route 271 & Sound Transit Express Route 554 will be rerouted.
Celebrate Kirkland 4th of July Parade
- Tuesday, 7/4 – 8:30 AM-11:00 PM.
- Metro routes 234 & 255 will be rerouted.
Admiral District Family Parade
- Tuesday, 7/4 – 9:00 AM-1:00 PM.
- Metro route 128 will be rerouted.
- Tuesday, 7/4 – 9:30 AM-3:30 PM.
- Metro Route 238 & Sound Transit Express Route 522 will be rerouted.
- Tuesday, 7/4 – 12:00 Noon-12:00 Midnight
- Metro routes 26 Express & 32 will be rerouted.
- Tuesday, 7/4 – 9:00 PM-End of service.
- Sound Transit Express Route 550 will be rerouted.
- Sundays only, through 9/24, 6:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Metro routes 180 & 181 are rerouted.
Long-term Construction Reroutes
S 2nd St is closed at Main St in Renton
- Through Saturday, 7/1 – at all times;
- Metro routes 101, 107, 148 and 153 are rerouted.
120th Av NE is closed between Totem Lake Blvd & NE 128th St
- Through Sunday, 12/31 – at all times;
- Metro routes 235, 236, 238 and 277 are rerouted.
Main St is closed in downtown Bothell
- Through Sunday, 12/31 – at all times;
- Metro routes 243, 312, 342, 372 and Sound Transit Route ST 522 are rerouted.
Long-term Construction Closures
The South Bellevue Park-and-Ride closure
- Tuesday, 5/30 for approx. 5 years for East Link construction.
- Metro Route 241 & Sound Transit Express routes 550, 555 and 556 are affected. During this time, use the stop on Bellevue Way SE just north of 112th Av SE, across the street from the park-and-ride.
- Heading toward the Bellevue Transit Center, these routes will continue to serve the stop on Bellevue Way SE, just outside the park-and-ride.
