Expect transit service delays near EB SR-520 on ramp at Montlake Blvd E due to a blockage

Expect transit service delays on routes traveling eastbound on SR 520 on ramp at Montlake Blvd E, due to a blockage.

We’ll provide more updates as we know more details.

Metro’s Friday AM Commute: Transit service delays continue on buses travelling eastbound on the West Seattle Bridge and on Rt 120 through SODO…

Transit service delays continue on routes 21, 37, 50, 55, 56, 57, 116, 118, 119, 120, 125 and the RapidRide C Line due to a blockage eastbound on the West Seattle Bridge near SR-99.

Also, expect minor service delays on Route 124 until about 6 PM tonight  in both directions when traveling through the SODO area due to emergency construction work on S Holgate St between 7th Av S and 8th Av S. Buses are being rerouted intermittently with no stops missed.

  • Permanently closed beginning Monday, 5/4/15
  • Buses that normally serve this stop, then travel south on 3rd Av will be rerouted to travel instead via 7th Av to Union St, then south on 3rd Av and serve the stop westbound on Union St just west of 6th Av.
  • Buses that normally serve the Island stop, then travel to either Virginia St or eastbound Pike St will continue to serve the previous stop, westbound on Pine St just east of 5th Av.

Long-Term Construction Reroutes –

Eastbound N 200th St closed between Aurora Av N & Ashworth Av N

Expect minor service delays on Route 124 in both directions in the SODO area due to emergency construction work on S Holgate St between 7th Av S and 8th Av S. This closure is expected to last until the evening commute. Buses are being rerouted with no stops missed.

Metro’s Thursday AM Commute: Transit service delays continue on buses travelling EB on W Seattle Bridge, WB on I-90, SB on I-405 and more…

Transit service delays continue on routes 21, 37, 50, 55, 56, 57, 116, 118, 119, 120, 125 and the RapidRide C Line due to an earlier blockage eastbound on the West Seattle Bridge near SR-99.

Transit service delays continue on routes 212, 216, 217, 218, 219, ST 550 and ST 554 due to an earlier blockage westbound on I-90 near the mid-span.

Transit service delays continue on routes 237, 252, 257, 311 and 342 due to an earlier blockage southbound on I-405 near NE 30th St.

Also, Route 120 southbound to Burien is rerouted off of SW 148th St between Ambaum Blvd SW and 6th Av SW, using SW 150th instead until 4:30 PM this afternoon. Use the stops on Ambaum Blvd north of SW 148 St or on SW 148th St east of 6th Av SW.
