Metro’s Wednesday PM Commute: Delays are continuing for buses heading into Seattle due to traffic congestion on SB I-5 and the lake bridges

Expect possible significant transit service delays due to traffic, crowds and
congestion associated with tonight’s home Mariners game at
Safeco Field and Sounders match at CenturyLink Field.

Even if it is affected by temporary delays, riding transit is a great way to get to
stadium events.  Nearly all transit service that travels through downtown Seattle
goes past or to within walking distance of the stadiums.  Not all buses operate
late, so be sure to plan a return trip using regularly scheduled service.
