East King County on snow reroute
All Routes in Metro’s East King County snow area are currently operating via their designated snow routing and may also be delayed due to weather, road and traffic conditions.
It is not possible to know when a bus will arrive at a specific location, or to provide service updates at the individual trip or stop level.
Use regularly published timetables as a guide, check Metro’s online snow page for route updates, be aware of conditions in your area and be prepared for delays.
Transit customers are advised to wait for buses at posted bus stops on flat portions of cleared arterials or at major transfer points, such as park-and-ride lots and transit centers where there may be multiple service options.
Visit Metro’s Snow & Ice page and your route’s online timetable and snow route map for additional information.
Visit Metro Online for all transit information.
I-5 closure continues
Expect significant delays in transit service due to the closure of I-5 near the I-90 interchange.
Buses using I-5 and I-90 are directly affected, but service in and around downtown Seattle is also affected due to general traffic using local streets as an alternative to the freeways.
The only stop being missed is the I-90/Rainier Av S Freeway station.
Board Metro Route 7 northbound on Rainier Av S and transfer to routes at 5th Av S just south of S Jackson St.
ST Route 550 riders transfer at the International District Station Bay D.
