Construction reroute –

2-week Alaskan Way Viaduct closure begins tonight, 4/28

  • Beginning Thursday evening, 4/28 at 10 PM, Transit service will be rerouted for about two weeks during a full closure of the Alaskan Way Viaduct;
  • Metro bus routes 21E, 37, 55, 56, 57, 113, 120, 121, 122, 123, 125 & the RapidRide C Line will be rerouted;
  • Get ready!  Metro has travel options & tips that may help;
  • All traffic that normally uses the Viaduct will be rerouted into adjacent corridors;
  • All commuters should expect possible significant delays & allow extra time;
  • Plan or revise your commute accordingly.

Events –

Mariners Home Stand thru May 1

  • No M’s game on Thursday, 4/28;
  • Friday & Saturday, 4/29-30 at 7:10 PM;
  • Sunday, 5/1 at 1:10 PM;
  • Ride regularly scheduled Transit service to & from games.
  • Expect traffic congestion & possible Transit delays before and after games on routes that serve SODO, Pioneer Square & the DSTT.
  • Fans can use area park & ride lots and are reminded to plan their return trips.
  • SODO-area Transit service will operate via regular routes & stops.
