Metro’s Wednesday evening commute time has ended.
The ORCA system is experiencing technical problems affecting the loading of some products on ORCA cards over the internet or by phone. Every effort is being made to correct this problem. In-person purchases are not affected. Until we have a resolution, Metro will allow customers to ride when they indicate to the driver that value has been ordered for their card. We will provide updates as the situation changes. ORCA readers are functioning.
