Metro’s Customer Information phone line
In the course of a phone system upgrade, Metro has encountered unexpected technical problems that are affecting its Customer Information phone line.  While every effort is being made to restore the service, Metro customers may encounter service interruptions, busy signals or static. The service is available most of the time, however we are unable to predict when it will be affected. We expect the system to stabilize by or before the beginning of June. Metro customers can also visit Metro Online for complete transit information and trip planning. Customers’ patience while we work to restore the system is appreciated.
