Metro’s Friday afternoon commute has ended with no significant delays or disruptions in transit service to report.

Please note the information below about service advisories and alerts due to known events in Metro’s service area.
Events –
Seattle Mariners vs. Oakland Athletics
- Friday, 4/11 through Sunday, 4/13.
- Most weekday evening games start at 7:10 PM.
- There is no premium or special Transit service to or from games.
- Ride regularly scheduled Transit service to & from games.
- Lots of Transit service goes near Safeco Field.
- SODO-area Transit service will operate via regular routes & stops
and there are no post-game reroutes. - Expect traffic & possible Transit delays before and after games on routes that serve SODO, Pioneer Square & the DSTT.
- Sunday, 4/13;
- 5:30 AM – 12: 30 PM;
- Metro routes 140 & 240 will be rerouted;
- Metro will provide shuttle service every half hour from the Renton Transit Center to The Landing, starting at 6:30 AM. The shuttle will not provide return service to the Renton Transit Center.
Construction Reroutes –
South Kirkland – Northup Way & 108th Av NE
- Friday, 4/11 11:00 PM-Monday, 4/14 5:00 AM;
- Metro routes 234, 235, 249 & 255 will be rerouted.
Capitol Hill – Broadway between Madison St & E Union St
- Saturday & Sunday, 4/12 & 13 at all times;
- Metro Route 60 will be rerouted.
West Seattle – Delridge Way SW & SW Genesee St
- Monday, 4/14 9:00 AM-Saturday, 4/19 End of Service;
- Metro Route 50 will be rerouted.
Beacon Hill – Beacon Av S & S McClellan St
- Wednesday, 1/22-Friday, 6/6;
- Metro route 60 is rerouted.
Maple Leaf – Northbound 1st Av NE between NE 92nd St & NE 95th St
- Monday, 10/28/13–Friday, 6/6/14;
- Metro routes 40, 345 & 346 are rerouted.
- Buses are traveling instead via 5th Av NE.
