Metro’s Wednesday PM commute is continuing with incident at Howell St & Yale Av is still blocking access to northbound I-5 express lane from Eastlake Av E.
All bus service continue to be rerouted via 9 Av, Pike St & on to I-5 express on-ramp. Expect Transit service delays and heavy traffic at the vicinity. Please avoid or use caution in this area.
