Metro’s Friday PM commute has ended; Huskies & Seahawks are home this weekend, plus other events that may impact service

7:00 PM – Metro’s Friday afternoon commute is winding down with no significant delays or disruptions in transit service to report. At about 5:50 PM there was a brief transit service delay in the DSTT due to a blockage in the tunnel. Some of the tunnel buses are experiencing delays as all tunnel bus and train traffic normalizes itself.

RIDER ALERT - Beginning Monday, October 15, eastbound Route 218 will no longer serve the Eastgate Freeway Station. It will travel instead non-stop from the I-90 and Rainier Av S Freeway Station to the Issaquah Highlands. Morning service westbound is not affected and will continue to stop at Eastgate.
