Metro’s Friday PM commute has begun w/rallies planned downtown; 9/29 Transit revisions; a Saturday WSU game at C’Link & other events

Metro’s Friday afternoon commute has begun with no significant delays or disruptions in transit service to report.

A couple of planned rallies may temporarily delay some bus service in the downtown area this afternoon. We’ll report if conditiions change.

Metro’s Fall service change begins Saturday, 9/29.

The downtown Seattle Ride Free Area will be eliminated starting Saturday, 9/29. At that time all transit riders will pay as they board on all trips at all times.
