Metro’s Friday PM commute has ended; incident near 15 Av NE & NE Pacific St, Mariners tonight, plus other events that may impact service

Metro’s Friday evening commute has ended with an incident blocking 15 Av NE & NE Pacific St. Routes, 43, 44, 48, 49 & 271 are rerouted. Use stops along NE Campus Pkwy between 15 Av NE & Brooklyn Av NE. Expect delays.

Construction – 108th Av NE  is closed at NE 58th St

Mariners at home today Friday, 8/17 

  • Friday, 8/17 through Wednesday, 8/22.
  • Most weekday evenings games start at 7:10 PM.
  • There is no premium or special Transit service to or from games.
  • Ride regularly scheduled Transit service to & from games.
  • Lots of Transit service goes near Safeco Field.
  • SODO-area Transit service will operate via regular routes & stops
    and there are no post-game reroutes.
  • There is no longer any transit service on 1st Av S north of S Lander St.
  • Expect traffic & possible Transit delays before and after games on routes that serve SODO, Pioneer Square & the DSTT.

Metro’s Friday morning commute has begun. Routes 118 & 119 continue to be rerouted off of 103rd Av SW on Vashon Island, due to a downed power line.

Use the stops along Vashon Hwy between 105th Av SW and 103rd Av SW.

Metro’s Friday morning commute has begun and Bothell Way is open.

6:22 Update -

Routes 234 & 255 being rerouted in Kirkland, due to a fire respone on Market St, routes 234 & 255 are rerouted.

Heading northbound on Market St use the stops at 4th Av or 12th Av.

Also, due to a downed power line. Routes 118 & 119 are rerouted off of 103rd Av SW on Vashon Island. 

Use the stops along Vashon Hwy between 105th Av SW and 103rd Av SW.
