Metro’s Wednesday morning commute is underway with delays and disruptions on Route 312. The first trip scheduled to depart from UW Bothell did not operate due to mechanical issues. The second trip started only from the Kenmore P&R and operated with a :20 minute delay. The thrid trip departed on time from UW Bothell.
