Metro’s Friday afternoon commute has ended with no significant delays or disruptions in service to report.
Traffic alert – SR-520 drawspan opening scheduled on Sunday, 7/1 @ 10:00 AM
- The SR-520 Bridge will be closed for up to 30 minutes on Sunday, 7/1 at about 10 AM, due to scheduled drawspan openings;
- Expect possible brief delays in transit service during these times;
- Scheduled drawspan openings can change without notification.

Event – Mariners home stand
- Monday, June 25th through Wednesday, July 4th at 7:10 PM each night except for Wednesday 6/27 at 12:40 PM, Sunday, July/1 at 1:10 PM and Wednesday, July/4 at 1:10 PM .
- There is no post-game premium or special service;
- Ride regularly scheduled transit service to & from games;
- Lots of transit service goes near Safeco Field.
- SODO-area transit service will operate via regular routes & stops
and there are no post-game reroutes; - There is no longer any transit service on 1st Av S north of S Lander St;
- Expect traffic & possible transit delays both pre & post game on routes that serve SODO & Pioneer Square, including DSTT routes.
Event – Greenwood Classic Car Show
- Saturday, June 30th from 5:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
- Routes 5 & 48 are rerouted due to this closure.
Event – Admiral Neighborhood Kidde Parade
- Wednesday, July 4th from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM.
- Route 55 will be rerouted due to this closure.
Event – Bothell Freedom Festival
- Wednesday, July 4th from 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- Route 238 will be rerouted due to this closure.
Event – Burien Cycling Criterium & 4th of July Parade
- Wednesday, July 4th from the start of service until 6:30 PM
- Routes 131, 132, 139, 140 & 180 will be rerouted due to this closure.
Event – Family 4th at Lake Union Fireworks At Gasworks Park
- Wednesday, July 4th from 12:00 Noon – 12:00 Midnight
- Route 26 will be rerouted due to this closure.
Event – Kirkland 4th of July Parade
- Wednesday, July 4th from 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Routes 234 & 255 will be rerouted due to this closure.
Event – Symetra Bellevue Family 4th of July Celebration
- Wednesday, July 4th from 10:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- Route ST 550 will be rerouted due to this closure.
Construction Extended– northbound SODO Busway closed at S Spokane St
- Extended – Tuesday, 6/19 through Sunday, 7/15; At all times;
- Southbound SODO Busway is open;
- Routes 39, 101, 102, 106, 150, 177, 178 & 190 are rerouted due to this closure.
Construction – Eastbound N 85th St is closed between Greenwood & Aurora Avs N
- Monday, 6/11 through Monday, 8/20; at all times;
- Eastbound Route 48 local and express are rerouted;
- Westbound service is on regular route.
