Please note the information below about possible traffic impacts in Metro’s service area.
Event – Rock ‘n Roll Marathon
- Saturday, 6/23; 6:00 AM until about 2:00 PM;
- About 40 bus routes will be rerouted;
- Portions of some routes will be operated by shuttle service;
- Expect traffic & transit schedule delays during this event.
Event – Capitol Hill Pride Festival on Broadway
- Saturday, 6/23; 7:00 AM – 12:00 Midnight;
- Routes 49 & 60 will be affected by this event.
Event – Seattle Pride Parade
- Sunday, 6/24; 8:00 AM until about 4:00 PM;
- About 25 bus routes will be rerouted;
- Expect traffic & transit schedule delays during this event.
Construction – northbound SODO Busway closed at S Spokane St
- Tuesday, 6/19 through Friday, 7/6; At all times;
- Southbound SODO Busway is open;
- Routes 39, 101, 102, 106, 150, 177, 178 & 190 are rerouted due to this closure.
Construction – Aurora Av N closed in both directions at N 85th St
- Friday, 6/22 at 10:00 PM through Monday, 6/25 at about 6:00 AM;
- Route 358 will be rerouted;
- Westbound Routes 48 and 82 Night Owl will operate via their regular routes, but may experience delays;
- Eastbound Route 48 is already on a long-term construction reroute;
- Expect possible related traffic & transit schedule delays in the area & on Routes 5, 16, 26, 28, 30, 31, 44 & 75.
Construction – Eastbound N 85th St is closed between Greenwood & Aurora Avs N
- Monday, 6/11 through Monday, 8/20; at all times;
- Eastbound Route 48 local and express are rerouted;
- Westbound service is on regular route.
