The trolley buses that lost electric power earlier this afternoon along E Madison St are getting back on schedule after a 50 minute service delay. Heavy traffic on the east side due to movements of the Presidential motorcade persist. The South Lake Union Streetcar has resumed regular service after a 30 minute interruption.
