Metro’s Tuesday PM commute ends, plus Rts 101, 106 & 150 paper timetable corrections

Metro’s Tuesday evening commute is winding down with no significant delays or disruptions in service to report.

Routes 101, 106 and 150 riders:

Due to an error, the customer paper timetables for your routes are incorrect for Saturday and Sunday service.  Weekday timetable information is accurate.

We apologize and are taking immediate steps to correct this error.  The Metro Online timetables are your best source for up to date schedule information.  You can also get accurate schedule information online from the Regional Trip Planner or by contacting Metro’s Customer Information Office at 206-553-3000.  Schedule information at the bus stops will be corrected this week.  Revised paper timetables for your routes are being re-printed and should be available by the end of next week.  If you would like to printout online timetable information, please try Metro’s Printable Custom Timetables

Traffic Adivsory – Southbound I-5 to Seattle bumper-to-bumper starting from NE 145th St

At 4:14 PM – Heavy traffic conditions begin just north of NE 145th St on southbound I-5 to Seattle. Delays in service are expected.

Metro bus routes have returned to their regular routes on W James St and W Smith St

The Railroad crossings near Kent Sounder Station are now functional and delays in transit service should soon begin to subside. All Metro bus routes have returned to their regular routes and are now operating on W James St and W Smith St.

Due to 5 blocked Railroad crossings near Kent Station, all Metro bus routes are rerouted via S 228th St

Due to 5 blocked Railroad crossings around the Kent Station, all Metro bus routes that normally operate via W James St and W Smith St will now operate via the overpass at S 228th St, until further notice. All stops and Bays at the Kent Station will be served by all routes.
