Metro’s Friday afternoon commute is winding down with no significant delays or disruptions in transit service to report.
Please note upcoming events over the next few days that may impact travel in Metro’s service area.
- Mercer St Corridor Project: From Friday, May 20 at 11:00 PM through Monday, May 23, at 5:00 AM, Mercer St will be closed to through traffic between Westlake Av N and Fairview Av N.Routes 30, 71, 72, 73 & 83 will be affected by this closure.

- Long-term lane closures on SR-99 between the West Seattle Bridge & SODO
The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) has reduced lanes on the SR-99 Alaskan Way Viaduct in both directions between the West Seattle Bridge and SODO.
Plan extra time when using the Viaduct for travel to and from events.
