Alaskan Way Viaduct Closure and Lane Reconfiguration
From Friday night, May 13 at 11 PM through Monday, May 16 at 6 AM, the Alaskan Way Viaduct will be closed for a test of the Automated Viaduct Closure System and lane reconfiguration.
King County Metro Transit is encouraging bus riders to prepare by checking Metro Online, watching media reports and signing up for transit Alerts.
Bellevue Bus Stops Begin to Get RapidRide Makeover
On Thursday, May 12, King County Metro Transit continues the renovation
of many bus stops and shelters in the Bellevue area in preparation for
the RapidRide B Line.
Southbound Ambaum Blvd Overnight Construction reroute for Route 120
Overnight on Thursday, May 12, from 7:00 PM–5:00 AM, southbound Routes 120 will be rerouted off of Ambaum Blvd SW between & SW 146th St and SW 148th St due to construction.
Heading toward Burien, Route 120 will travel instead via SW 146th St, 4th Av SW and & SW 148th St, and will serve all posted bus stops along the reroute.
Northbound service on Ambaum will not be affected and is expected to operate normally.
We will return at 6:00 AM Friday morning to help keep an Eye on Your Metro Commute.
