At 7:00 PM – Metro’s Thursday PM commute is
 quietly winding down with no significant delays
 or disruptions in transit service to report.

I-5 in the Federal Way area running smoothly in both directions

The  major delays on southbound I-5 never materialized.  Both directions running smoothly in the Federal Way area.

I-5 northbound in Federal Way area backing up

As of 5:40 PM.  If your bus travels on SBon I-5 to the Federal Way area, expect delays due to the closure of SB I-5 in Tacoma.  We will update as more information becomes available.
